In this herbal tea melissa (lemon balm), fennel, ginger and licorice team up with the petals of our saffron to help in case of swelling and difficult digestion.
It is a perfect herbal tea after a meal, but it can also be drunk throughout the day.
Contains licorice: avoid excessive consumption in case of hypertension.
How to use: add a spoonful of mixture to a cup of hot water, cover, leave to infuse for 8-10 minutes then filter.
