Little Treat Kit – Saffron & Honey

Here is the new “Leattle Treat Kit – Saffron & Honey”: the perfect solution to try our products!

Pure Organic Saffron in Stigmas (also known as Saffron in threads) grown in Emilia Romagna, in the province of Piacenza. The saffron from Zafferano Emiliano falls within the parameters of Category I according to the ISO 3632 classification.

It is suitable for all preparations, both sweet and savory: it is necessary to leave the stigmas to infuse in a warm liquid (water, broth, or milk, depending on the recipe) for at least 40 minutes before use.

For suggestions on how to use it, discover our recipes in the blog section, or watch the video recipes on our YouTube channel!

The 0.4g dose of organic Saffron in stigmas allows you to prepare approximately 10/12 servings.

To make the most of all the properties of saffron, it must be carefully stored. The saffron package must be kept tightly closed and protected from light, humidity, and heat sources: the product, if correctly stored, has a shelf life of 5 years.

Organic Acacia and Saffron Honey is born from the meeting between two excellences: the organic honey from the Le api del Carevolo 2.0 company and our organic Zafferano Emiliano saffron in stigmas. A simple and natural combination that unites the delicate sweetness of acacia honey with the intense aroma and golden color of saffron.

The 120g package contains a unique product, made without pasteurization to maintain all the natural properties of the honey intact. Soft, transparent, and aromatic, it is enriched by the warm and spicy notes of saffron, transforming into a precious and refined food.

Versatile and surprising, the organic acacia and saffron honey is ideal to enjoy by the spoonful, to sweeten herbal teas and yogurt, or to enhance fresh and aged cheeses. Also perfect in the kitchen, it gives an original touch to desserts, biscuits, and creative recipes.

To keep its characteristics unaltered, we recommend keeping the honey jar tightly closed and protected from light and heat sources.
