You can choose between the classic almond dragees, the “Tenerelli” (almonds and hazelnuts covered with a double layer of dark and white chocolate then sugared) and the dark chocolate dragees. All the dragees are available in 4 different colors: white, light blue, pink and red.

Choose the number of dragees following the Tradition

3 dragees – Represent the couple and their first child, often used in weddings.
5 dragees – The most used, symbolizes: Health, Happiness, Fertility, Long Life and Wealth. Perfect for weddings and anniversaries.
7 dragees – Number linked to luck and spirituality, used for graduations.

White Almond Dragees: Sugar, “Pizzuta di Avola” Almond 37/38 (42,4%), rice starch. Thickener: gum arabic. Natural flavouring: vanillin.

Colored Almond Dragees: Sugar, “Pizzuta di Avola” Almond 36/37 (30.0%), maltodextrin. Thickener: gum arabic. Natural colourings. Natural flavourings: vanillin.

White Almond “Tenerelli”: White and Dark Chocolate cocoa min. 81,2% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass. Emulsifier: soya lecithin. Natural flavouring: vanilla), Toritto (BA) Almond (29,3%), sugar, rice starch. Thickener: gum arabic. Glazing agent: carnauba wax. Natural flavouring: vanillin.

Colored Almond and Hazelnuts “Tenerelli”: Ingredients: White and Dark Chocolate cocoa min 78,3% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. Natural flavouring: vanilla), sugar, Toritto (BA) Almond (15,4%), “Piemonte P.G.I. Hazelnut” (9,7%). Thickener: gum arabic. Glazing agent: carnauba wax, shellac. Natural food dyes: spirulina and apple concentrate, . Natural flavouring: vanillin.

Dark Chocolate Dragees cocoa min. 53%: sugar, Dark Chocolate (47,6%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. Natural flavouring: vanilla). Thickener: gum arabic. Natural food colourings. Natural flavouring: vanillin.
