Pure saffron stigmas (also known as Saffron threads) of Italian origin and Category I according to the ISO 3632 classification.
Our Saffron is grown without the use of chemicals (we are waiting for the organic certification): it is collected and processed by hand, and dried on the day of collection, to best preserve its color and aroma.
It is suitable for all sweet and savory preparations: it is necessary to leave the stigmas to infuse in a hot liquid (water, broth or milk, according to the recipe) for at least 40 minutes before using it.
The 0.4 gr pack of Saffron threads allows you to prepare about 10/12 portions.
Keep the jar tightly closed away from light, humidity and heat sources: if properly stored, the product has a shelf life of 5 years.
